My background is in somatic trauma therapy. That shapes everything I make. I see home as more than a place to exist or decorate, it's how a nervous system finds grounding.

I'm a UGC and brand content creator whose work lives at the intersection of home decor, DIY renovation, secondhand sourcing, gardening and hosting. My audience is made up of women (mostly 25 to 45) who are building a life in an un-perfect home, often on a real budget. They save my content. They screenshot it. They come back.
